Message: Bought a Stihl FSA 90 battery electric weed wacker from these guys a couple years ago, and unfortunately the weed wacker electric motor failed because I think something got into the windings from the air that's used to cool it. Called up Fields to order a new motor and the guys there were super helpful asking me how old is it, and then looking up the purchase which was a bit of a tough one since I didn't keep the documentation, but it turned out that it was still within warranty. Told me to bring it on down and they would fix it for free, as long as it hadn't been dunked in water or anything like that. Well they got it fixed, and I'm super happy. What a great place to do business with!

Message: Big store, huge selection and variety. I was there to see the Stihl tech about my chainsaw. I was having trouble finding the right replacement chain. But whe. I got to the chainsaws, they associate came up right away and helped me get the exact one I needed, so I got 2. very glad he helped me. Store was clean and well organized too; and nice people working there.

Message: Im shirley hansen I’m 75 and by myself, my hot water heater wouldn’t work so l called and they were so nice they referred me to mike brown, he was like and angle and we got my hot water heater working and my heart went out to this angle and the place where he works to allow such a wonderful person to work for them thank you mike.
