Message: Great quality and service. I had a broken mirror in a frame and wanted a new mirror to replace the broken one. I called around to many places, I must admit they were not the cheapest I could find. However the places with cheaper prices had many weird flaws. Ace Glass Company cut a brand new piece of glass thus creating the best fit and quality to fit into the frame. Their price was as they said when they quoted me, and they had very friendly staff. I definitely recommend them over all other places near Portland area.

Message: It's rare these days that a busy company can/will go out of their way for a small job. I waked in at closing on a Friday, in need of a custom piece of glass and days to need it within (stressful sale of house and near closing). I wasn't a long-time customer, and the job was small. Pheobe was amazing, set realistic expectations and willing to help in any way she could. Customer service was above and beyond, and the fellows at the shop delivered exactly what I needed, helping out in a tight spot. Can you leave 6 starts?? Because I would if I could. THANKS!
