Message: I can not say enough how awesome these guys were. Super communicative, precise work and totally reasonable on price. We had a major problem with our demo and not only did they grind the stone down to fit they very, very slowly and carefully raised the cabinets the stone needed to sit on. I’d give them ten stars if I could.

Message: Great company to work with, The work and product is high end compared to what the big box stores have to offer. We chose Quarts for our kitchen and we couldn't be more happy. Everything was done on time and as needed. The best part was being able to get a hold of someone when I had a question. Highly recommend this company.

Message: I'm surprised by the handful of negative reviews. Our experience was exactly in line with the many positive reviews, and 3CM was recommended to us by friends who also had a very positive experience. The whole time, Mark was professional, courteous, and extremely patient as we learned the basics and went back and forth on our choices. They were also accommodating when we had to adjust the schedule. The installation crews were great and the tile-guy Mark recommended was super helpful and did a beautiful job on the backsplash. In the end, the final product was everything we could have hoped for. Great workmanship and the suggestions Mark made on design choices were spot-on. We'd certainly work with 3CM again and have recommended them to friends.

Message: Mark, Marcia and their crew were simply outstanding. Mark kept me informed every step of the way. I just had my kitchen counters redone with beautiful granite. I could not believe the perfect job they did on the install.. I could not be happier with 3CM Stone. I will have them come in and do my bathroom counter tops as well. A big thanks to Mark Chimento! Any less than stellar review regarding 3CM is simply not believable. All you have to do is to meet Mark and see the quality of work delivered to their customers to know for yourself that you can't do better.

Message: First of all, let me state I'm a real person who actually used 3cm Stone and they just finished our countertops a few days ago. My wife and I actually did this project a little backwards because we had our kitchen cabinets resurfaced and were planning on keeping the granite tile we had. After completion, we decided if there was ever a time to go with slab, this was it because we probably wouldn't be able to afford it down the road. The resurfacing company we used was capable of doing the work, but we weren't really happy with the craftsmanship and finish work. We had 3 different companies come out and give estimates and all were within $1000 of each other. My wife read the Google reviews for 3CM and was a little worried because they got a couple of bad reviews. I stopped by to talk to the owner, Mark and look around. He offered some great advice and recommendations without trying to sell us on something specific. I'm glad I go with my gut feeling in cases like this because I couldn't have picked a better person to guide us through this project. We were originally looking at quartz but granite has come such a long way with colors, textures and sealing that we reconsidered and went with granite. We looked at a least 75 -100 different slabs. Yeah, that's a lot but we're not moving and we wanted to take the extra time to find the perfect slabs. Mark actually sent us to 3 different places so we could shop and compare. We ended up coming back to his place because of his honesty, willingness to help and his knowledge (He even saved us about 1000 bucks by getting bigger slabs and ending up using 2, not 3 slabs). His shop came out and did a laser measure of our counters, showing up when they said they would and being very thorough. We changed a few things during the process, which Mark suggested but didn't push. In the end we went with Alaska White in a textured finish on the island and polished on the counters and nearby desk. It changed the whole look of the kitchen and we couldn't be happier with the quality and craftsmanship of each and every person he sent out. Whether it was the demolition (they took extreme care to protect our new cabinets), the measuring process, installation, tile work, plumbing or cleanup, these people were the best I've seen. Finally, there always seems to be some sort of problem during the process. With our cabinet resurfacing, we had to call them out 3 times to fix drawers or some little thing. With 3CM, this was not the case. They did everything right the first time and part of the reason for that is that Mark scheduled everything. Typically, if you have granite installed, you will have to find your own tile and plumber. Mark has these people ready and scheduled all of it in a timely manner. If I did anything different, I would have started demo on a Monday instead of Wednesday so I wouldn't be without a sink over the weekend but that's my fault and it wasn't a big deal. Thank you so much Mark, Marcia, Jim, Victor, Dakota and Ryan! Hope I didn't forget anyone. You're welcome at our house anytime!

Message: I am a very happy customer of 3 cm Stone. I have used them for 3 consecutive counter projects at my house and am totally satisfied with their product and the professional services they provided to me (their customer). All jobs were completed when promised with no problems in design, fabrication or installation. Any questions I had were resolved courteously and professionally. The owner, Mark, personally came and fixed a particularly stubborn stain in a marble vanity which I had been unable to remove. They even replaced a countertop seam at my request which had been in place for two years at no additional cost, this is service I appreciate. This commitment to my satisfaction is why 3 cm Stone will be the supplier for stone countertops in my home.

Message: I used 3CM Stone last year for my kitchen remodel. In every aspect 3CM was awesome to work with! They had a fabulous selection of granite to choose from for my island, and Marcia and Mark spent a lot of time with me as I deliberated over all the choices. The whole process of choosing something was pretty overwhelming for a novice like me, and they really held my hand throughout and were instrumental in helping me choose the colors, edge and finish of the granite, and the corresponding quartz for the exterior counter-top. Mark even helped me with my paint colors when I brought paint swatches into the store. The pricing was fair and the installers were wonderful and professional. I would not hesitate to use 3CM again, they are the best!
